- Take charge of finance operation of the farm;
- Make sure good internal control system in place and deploy control policies throughout the farm;
- DA compliance including Contract management, Payment approval, Capex approval;
- Manage treasury to ensure efficient usage of fund;
- Manage asset to ensure the safety and efficiency of assets;
- Coordinate relationship between different departments;
- Liaison and maintain close relationship with authority organizations to minimize policy risks
- PwC external audit and annual check, Internal audit, VAT exemption, Land use right certification, Annual tax reporting with KMPG;
- Work as business partner to the Hang Gu Farm GM to drive the business and to provide practical business advice.
